DIRECT TO FIXTURE SCREW RETAINED

In situations where implants have been placed and interocclusal space is limited, often splinting restorations is important to sharing the protrusive force load on each implant.

Screw-retained crowns present unique challenges such as ensuring interproximal contacts do not conflict with the path of insertion for multiple implants at varying degrees of placement, screw access being occlusally or lingually placed, and still requiring clearance for support of porcelain layering.

Milling an abutment bridge framework out of Chrome Cobalt allows our ceramists to apply porcelain directly to the framework, providing an aesthetic restoration with these challenging criteria.
